How do I return or exchange the merchandise?
Please see below for the album return and exchange process:
Exchange will only be accepted if the album is proven bad on two or more CD players.
Confirmation of faulty product - Request return through bulletin board - Confirmation of return request by store management - Return of merchandise - Confirmation of faulty product - New delivery
(Please make sure you check the album on two or more CD players before returning the album. If album is not bad then you will be charged for the delivery fee)
1) Album returned and confirmed from MAPTHESOUL
2) Return and refund completed
※ For returns and exchanges, please include note/memo with contact information and reasons for return.
