Dear Members,
This process took us way too long. International orders are working. In order to make it less confusing for everyone I will explain the process step by step.
1. For those of you who have filled out an order sheet. You will need to fill out a new order sheet. Your previous order sheets will not be used. (We had many people ask for changes and it is easier for both the member and mapSHOP to manage the change for international orders)
2. Make sure to put your address in correctly. Include all the information (Postal Code, Building #, Apt. #, phone number, etc) Don't forget to select your country.
3. Make sure that your pop-up blocker is turned off. When all the information is entered and you proceed to payment, a pop-up for payment will appear.
4. Please select International Visa or International Mastercard, currently these are the only to options for payment. Paypal will be added shortly.
5. Please use internet explorer and you must install the active x script that pops up
P.S. For those of you who have ordered High Skool T-shirts and were included in the lists, you will be able to pay for your order using the old order sheet. This will be done by this weekend. If by chance you are someone that has asked for a change in your order sheet, please send an e-mail to help@mapthesoul.com. MEMBERS WITH HIGH SKOOL T-SHIRTS ON ORDER, DO NOT PLACE ADDITIONAL ORDERS WITH THE NEW SYSTEM UNTIL THIS WEEKEND. We will send an e-mail when you are able to pay for your order.
Thank you once again for being patient with us. We hope you enjoy the new book-album.

is it okay if i can combine the two orders to cut down on shipping?
UH OH processing is taking really long and im kinda worried because i already gave my credit card info. :(
um i stopped the processing because i gotta go back to work so who do i ask if the order was processed or not? :(
err.. I ended up doing the payment twice. o_O
I thought it might have just been my internet connection.
I still have the processing pop up...
how do I cancel my other payment.. or did the other one not go through because it's still processing. : (
